Riyadh — Mubasher: The board members of First Milling Company (First Mills) passed a resolution on 3 September to appoint its leadership and establish specialized committees for a new four-year term.

The board appointed Abdullah Ahmed Al Shehri as Chairman and Omar Abdullah Al Omar as Vice Chairman, both serving in non-executive capacities.

The appointments follow the ordinary general assembly meeting held on 30 August, where shareholders elected the board for a cycle that commenced on that date and is scheduled to conclude on 2030/08/29.

The company also finalized the formation of its standing committees. The Executive Committee will be chaired by Abdullah Ahmed Al Shehri, with Omar Abdullah Al Omar and Massimo Ambrosio serving as members.

The Remuneration and Nominations Committee will be led by Massimo Ambrosio, alongside members Omar Abdullah Al Omar, Ahmed Mesfer Al Ghamdi, and Ahmed Nasr Al Hamoud.

Additionally, First Mills appointed a board secretary and designated official representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

The board noted that the formation of the Audit Committee will be disclosed in a separate announcement to meet regulatory requirements.
